Move Out and Move In work best in an empty (or nearly empty) space so we can reach floors, closets, and appliances. Deep Clean is available for empty or lived-in homes—just clear surfaces and floors as much as you can.
We use flat starting rates by home size—see the Pricing table. Examples: Studio/1BR Move Out is $279; Deep Clean starts at $229; carpet-only from $149 (or from $99 with a cleaning). Extra baths, heavy soil, garage/patio, same-day, and carpet stairs may add to the total. A $50 deposit holds your date. Heavily soiled homes need a WhatsApp quote with photos.
A thorough clean is one of the main things landlords consider at move-out. We can’t guarantee deposit outcomes (that’s up to your lease and property manager), but we clean to a move-out standard meant to support a smooth handoff.
